Sports management at Yoga Xberg, Table Tennis and deputy sports director and coach Volleyball.I've been a regular volleyball player since 2012 and a member of the club since 2016. For me, naturism and nudism represent a special sense of lightness, of connection with myself, with nature, and with others, which plays a major role in my life. It's especially important to me to inspire the younger generations to embrace nudism and make it more attractive to them. I find it particularly beautiful and remarkable how social nudity helps us accept our bodies and ourselves and creates a sense of community.
You'll find me at many activities and events; I regularly participate in volleyball, swimming, table tennis, and yoga in Kreuzberg—and, of course, on many trips. 🙂
