We're taking a mini break this Sunday, away from cellphones and distractions, to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring with a relaxed practice of yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and other body and mindfulness techniques.
This offer is aimed at members of the association. If you would like to participate or have any questions, please send an email to Jan ( jan@adolf-koch.de).
On the day, please bring your yoga mat, a warm woolen or fabric blanket, something to drink and a light snack if you have one – and other yoga aids if you have any.
