It's dark and cold outside and we thought we really needed something heartwarming to get us through the winter. What could be nicer than a long one?
Winter yoga and body awareness weekend
in beautiful Lomizil – with a sauna, of course! 🙂 Eva, Janine and Laszlo are there as teachers.
Where?
In the Lomizil, a beautifully developed old farm run by an alternative cooperative from the Gorleben resistance. The farm is located in the small village of Lomitz in the former inner-German border area in the middle of the beautiful and lonely natural landscape of the Wendland. The renovated old farmhouse offers us shared rooms, a shared kitchen for self-catering, a 180 square meter hall and even a sauna area. Not far is the town of Arendsee, where life reformer and nudist pioneer Gustav Nagel had his “light bath” site on the lake of the same name in the 1920s. A historical association is taking care of the reactivation 😉
What awaits you?
The program offers in loose succession Yoga and body awareness practices, meditation and mindfulness exercises and sauna (all naked). We have enough freedom between sessions so that you can unwind. You are also welcome to offer your own body practice (please contact Laszlo in advance). We have enough time for a breathing program 🙂
How much does it cost?
How much does it cost? – Participation on the weekend with accommodation in a shared room (2, 3 or max. 5 beds - depending on the number of participants, the rooms most likely do not have to be fully occupied) and full board via the communal self-catering kitchen costs flat rate for all participants 130 euros. If you have specific accommodation requests (e.g. with whom), please let us know. For example, there is also the option of setting up a FLINTA area.
What is not included in the price?
The cost of arrival and departure. You can plan your arrival and departure individually. Or you can carpool with other participants for a fee.
How do you reach the Lomizil?
How do you reach Lomisil? – The Lomizil is located in a wonderfully quiet and secluded location in the small town of Lomitz in the Wendland and can be reached from Berlin as follows:
– By car from Berlin in just under 3 hours.
– By train via Stendal to Salzwedel with IC/RE. From Salzwedel train station it is about 23.5 km through beautiful countryside either by bus from ZOB Salzwedel via Lüchow to Lomitz K4/Prezelle (bus 8040/8050) or by your own bike (approx. 1 hour, probably not in winter). recommended 😉
– With the Regio to Wittenberge, then by bike in 2 hours directly to Lomizil (probably not recommended in winter) or by bus to Arendsee/Altmark.
– We cannot guarantee it in advance, but so far it has always been possible for people with cars to pick up others from the train station. Alternatively, you can also join forces for a taxi ride (estimated cost ~50€ from Salzwedel).

We will arrive on Thursday afternoon so that we can start with a joint welcome practice in the evening. If you can't arrive on Thursday, you can only arrive on Friday if necessary. Departure takes place on Sunday from afternoon.
How's the catering going?
We will be catering for ourselves in the kitchen as usual (mainly vegan + some vegetarian options) and want to buy the necessary food centrally. Your participation fee therefore already includes a portion for purchasing. As usual, there will certainly be a cooking, cleaning and dishwashing schedule. During the previous yoga weekends it worked very well, tasted good and put us in a good mood. Please let us know if you suffer from intolerances or similar.
Refund conditions
In the event of cancellation up to 5 weeks beforehand, reimbursement of 50%, up to 2 weeks before 20% of the costs. Refund if the event is canceled: 100% of the costs.
