What could be nicer in summer than yoga in the open air?
We are allowed to do our sun salutations on August 13th on the large meadow on the grounds of the naturist club Helios Berlin eV in Grunewald. Jan will lead a 90 minute sequence mixing sweat and relaxation phases. We thank Helios for this nice cooperation and opportunity! And wish us the very best weather.

On the day, be sure to bring your own yoga mat, something to drink, a light snack if necessary, sunscreen and insect repellent - and yoga aids if you have them and know that you can use them well for the practice.
