What?
To start the spring relaxed, strengthened and well stretched, we offer a three-day yoga & body awareness weekend for members of the association Thursday, May 12th to Sunday, May 15th at Neue Mühle in Breydin south of Eberswalde.

What awaits you? A varied, relaxed program Asana practice, meditation, breathing and mindfulness exercises, massage workshop, dance improvisation, sauna (all naked!) and hike in the wonderful Naturschutzgebiet Nonnenfließ (unfortunately not naked).
