What?
Our first yoga weekend - the perfect start to autumn on the wonderful Bötzsee at the gates of Berlin
You can expect a mixture of gentle vinyasa flows, meditations in the morning and, if you wish, one or two sessions with a focus on special asanas that you would like to practice. Maybe we will practice in two smaller groups one after the other in order to keep the rules of distance. When the weather is good, we can also go outside, jump into the lake in between and (impro) dance with Maik in the evening. Of course there is also time to enjoy nature and for walks.
Where?
Seminarhaus Neue Spitzmühle in Strausberg - right outside the gates of Berlin with a jetty right into the beautiful Bötzsee.
