When? Every Tuesday, Group-1: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Group-2: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Next appointment on Tue. 25.02., not on Tue. 15.04.

• from 5:50 p.m. for the first hour
• from 7:00 p.m. for the 2nd hour

Where? Gustav-Meyer-Schule

• Free for members.
• For guests 8 €.
• Guest and rehearsal participation is possible if there are free places available.
• Please register as a guest or for a trial participation in advance by email: schwimmen@adolf-koch.de

Details:

We swim naked. Free swimming in the entire bath, only 1 hour per person and appointment.
The training for a better swimming technique not applicable for the time being due to the distance rules. For more ambitious swimmers, however, we post a technical program that can be swimmed independently.
